We are bringing our son back home to H.S. again. He spent one semester at the APS. please do not judge us for even Thinking of doing that!! :oops:

He will need a time to "deschool" again, and we will be working alot on character issues. He is a wonderful young man. Perhaps as we get to know you better, you will see that.

Looking forward to this group, and he will really need Godly, REAL friends in his life.

Pray that the Lord will "repay us for the "years" the locusts have eaten"...

I know what APS can do to impressionable kids. I've seen it in some of my friends. But I've also seen the flip side of it.

Oh, I totally agree with you on that.

I think that High school (in a public school) can be a wonderful experience, for the right child. My niece graduated from public school with honors and scholarships.....

I just knew better, and subcomed to a temptation....... :cry:

Try not to be so hard on yourself. Praise God that He gave you the strength and clarity to act on it once it became clear that it wasn't working out with APS.

Fortunately, even our biggest concerns are simple things for God to straighten out! :wink:

Thanks Rosanna!!!!!

For the encouragement, and for reminding me to look up, that HE gave me the "strength and clarity", I like that, because there have been real spiritual forces at work here!!!

{hugs}
